MORDEN:  3 BED HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

Work Undertaken:

  • Rewired entire house
  • Painted and decorated throughout
  • Fitted new kitchen, including blocking off the wall to the dining room
  • Fitted new solid oak floor to the whole of the ground floor
  • Fitted new carpet to the whole of the first floor (and stairs)
  • Tiled the bathroom
  • Fitted lino to bathroom floor

I selected In Between Lets to carry out the redevelopment of my investment property following a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed with the result. They started on time and kept to a tight schedule. Constant updates kept me in the loop of progress and I was able to line tenants up shortly after the works were completed.
