Work Undertaken:

• Painted and decorated throughout
• Painted exterior, including garage
• Jet washed 2 x terraces and coated in decking oil
• Replaced kitchen cupboards, including integrated fridge/freezer and hob
• Fixed ceiling joists in kitchen and replaced ceiling due to flooding from property above
• Fixed garage door frame as timber rotten
• Carpeted hall, stairs and landing
• Supplied and fitted new inset downlighters
