I was looking for someone to organise the comprehensive renovation of a flat and had no idea where to find someone.  After a few false starts, I came across Michele’s website and contacted her.  From the start she was extremely responsive and proactive and produced a very clear and detailed cost estimate.  While the works were ongoing, Michele kept me closely informed of progress and although we did have a few unexpected issues come up, she dealt with these promptly and fairly.  Overall I am really pleased with the renovation, which has completely transformed the property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Michele again in future.  She communicates really well, she is very solutions focused and I found her very straightforward to deal with.
