Once again, I chose to use In Between Lets to carry out a big refurbishment job for me, which consisted of a very dilapidated large Victorian three bedroom flat in Wandsworth.

The property was very run down and the walls were in very bad condition and had to be re-plastered throughout before being spray-painted, which produced a totally flawless result.  The kitchen and bathroom were both replaced, all electrical items (sockets, switches, light fittings, consumer unit etc) were replaced, the front entrance hallway was reconfigured by moving a wall to open it out and maximise the space and new floor coverings and curtains/blinds were installed.

I was extremely happy with the result and have already asked Michele to do a quote for another job – I guess this says it all!
